Director of Client Success

Ines has a passion for people, problem solving, and animals. That includes the dolphin at Sea World that bit her in 2002. With a background in Journalism and Politics, she is equipped to guarantee project success and manages video production, design projects and clients. In her free time, she enjoys long walks on the beach and travelling.

Ivan
Amaya

Web Manager

Ivan studied Visual Arts and has a background in Digital Media and web. He previously worked making digital infographics, designs and web projects for different clients, including international news agencies. He relocated to London to complete an MBA before joining the company. Ivan likes to be involved in different types of projects. He enjoys diversity across the world of Digital Media to the point of developing different personalities. He has an alter ego known as “The Baron”, a Father Christmas / Santa Claus type character who brings breakfast treats to the office on Fridays and also plays loud music in the evenings. He ate a triple hamburger once while watching an 80s Horror Film Marathon.

Product Owner

With a long and lustrous career in events, Veronica has delivered events worldwide for various industries including financial services, social housing, creative and IT. She transitioned from event operations to event technology during the pandemic and never looked back. Veronica loves the sun and hopes to one day settle on a sunny island with her 2 cats and better half.

Financial Controller

Uma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in providing strategic financial support and setting up finance divisions across a range of businesses. Having worked in property, construction and retail for roughly 25 years she has expanded her skills into HR operations, and Project Management with a keen eye for problem solving and all things credit control! A keen badminton player in her spare time Uma also, having been born in Malaysia and exchanging those sunny climes for the not so sunny UK at a young age, enjoys sharing some delightful food with her family and friends.

Ewing

Technical Director

Ross joined Totem in 2018 bringing a broad range of technical skills and knowledge to build software. He has developed to production and maintained multiple cross-platform applications throughout the e-commerce, fintech and entertainment sectors. Managing cross-region teams, technical planning and coding are all part of his day to day. He believes that Friday is reserved for Tommy Bahamas and whenever possible jets to India to be with his friends and colleagues, biking through the beautiful Munnar tea mountains of Kochi.

Operations Executive

Since graduating in media production in 2017 Paige has wanted to pursue a career in the media industry and to be able to develop skills within the creative sector. Totems Leap internship gave her that opportunity. Paige as worked in progression within the Totems success team. She is already filming, designing, building events on the platform and streaming. When Paige isn’t working she is pretending to be marvel characters to keep her crazy 4 year old son entertained.

Matt has recently joined the Totem family having honed his QA skills working in a broad variety of industries and roles from International Retail Logistics, Head of Operations for a Soft Toy manufacturer as well as singing in “The Indie Westlife”! He is the proud father of 2 cats and also has 2 sons, enjoys good food and traveling and spends most weekends either out on his bike, or inside shouting at the TV.

Before joining Totem Harvey worked in the Offshore Recruitment Industry specialising in underwater drones. An experienced Account Manager he has a passion for people, technology and creativity. As a natural problem solver, he enjoys taking an ‘outside the box’ approach to collaborating with clients, with the goal of exceeding expectations to ensure the ultimate success of their projects. When not working, Harvey will mostly likely be found out with friends, at gigs/festivals, or trying not to (but mostly) falling over in skateparks across South London.

Marketing Director

Rob brings a wealth of experience to Totem having scaled two successful events businesses over the last 20 years. He draws on that experience to help leading brands change the way they deliver events.

Rob’s big passions in life are food and skiing – a restaurant halfway up a mountain is about as good as it gets. When not skiing or eating he can be found enjoying the Yorkshire countryside with his daughter and Hector the dog.

Jasmine has a passion for editing, filming and live streaming and has been that way since college. Working previously with a live news station, where she edited and live streamed content. When not editing she likes to play games, arcade games and consoles alike. She is a Nintendo Girl at heart, when she isn’t editing or playing games, she reads fantasy novels like Terry Pratchett and draws. But most importantly she loves the Legend of Zelda and is currently collecting all the games!
