Bhavya is a quality assurance fanatic who loves to break an application to build a perfect one. A practitioner of continuous improvement herself, she like to incorporate quality standards in her work, also focussing on customer satisfaction and optimal team performance. Beyond work, she loves to organise family events, passionate of travelling and exploring new locations, believes in making great memories and ensures to connect with her parents in India everyday.

Broadcast Manager

Jasmine has a passion for editing, filming and live streaming and has been that way since college. Working previously with a live news station, where she edited and live streamed content. When not editing she likes to play games, arcade games and consoles alike. She is a Nintendo Girl at heart, when she isn’t editing or playing games, she reads fantasy novels like Terry Pratchett and draws. But most importantly she loves the Legend of Zelda and is currently collecting all the games!

Senior Success Manager

Before joining Totem Harvey worked in the Offshore Recruitment Industry specialising in underwater drones. An experienced Account Manager he has a passion for people, technology and creativity. As a natural problem solver, he enjoys taking an ‘outside the box’ approach to collaborating with clients, with the goal of exceeding expectations to ensure the ultimate success of their projects. When not working, Harvey will mostly likely be found out with friends, at gigs/festivals, or trying not to (but mostly) falling over in skateparks across South London.

Dom is a software engineer with over nine years of experience. He has been building websites and mobile apps since the tender age of twelve. His exploratory spirit and curiosity about different cultures have led him to live in America, Taiwan, and Tokyo. Now based in the UK, he continues to learn new languages and plays football when he’s not coding.

Hughes

Co-Founder and Client Director

Alex has a background in digital media, leading creative teams across the industry – ‘90s agency Deepend, ITV Network and MTV Networks Europe. He also worked on early iterations of the online presence for itv.com and Interactive TV propositions across ONdigital and SKY including The Brit Awards, Survivor and the MTV Europe Music Awards. He co-founded Amigo with Chris Shields in 2007, offering creative technology services for MediaWalls, Digital Signage and DOOH. After many years of trying, he has yet to stand up on a surfboard, so now snowboards instead. He remains horizontal.

With nearly a decade of experience in account management and SaaS sales, Josh’s transition to Totem was a perfect fit. He is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building collaborative relationships that ensure project success. When he’s not at Totem you might find him in overalls, working on his 30-year-old Land Rover “Maria” getting stuck in the muddy hills of North Wales, or relaxing with a fine single malt whisky in hand.

Co-Founder and Platform Director

Christopher’s career started in theatre – in 2001 he founded his first venture ‘Lock On Productions’, a full service event production agency. In 2007 he joined forces with Alex Hughes to co-found AMIGO, a creative agency servicing the growing Digital Out of Home industry. In 2019 he launched Binumi Pro – an innovative app that allows clients to shoot and manage their own video. Over the past few years Christopher’s mind has been somewhat occupied, being the architect of Reef, Totem’s event ecosystem.

Ivan
Amaya

Web Manager

Ivan studied Visual Arts and has a background in Digital Media and web. He previously worked making digital infographics, designs and web projects for different clients, including international news agencies. He relocated to London to complete an MBA before joining the company. Ivan likes to be involved in different types of projects. He enjoys diversity across the world of Digital Media to the point of developing different personalities. He has an alter ego known as “The Baron”, a Father Christmas / Santa Claus type character who brings breakfast treats to the office on Fridays and also plays loud music in the evenings. He ate a triple hamburger once while watching an 80s Horror Film Marathon.

Sam has worked in the events sector for over a decade, co-ordinating and managing events in locations around the world including Singapore, Rome, New York and Birmingham. As Managing Director of Totem, she is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business, delivering excellent services to our exceptional range of clients. In her spare time, Sam loves watching F1 and pretending Swindon’s ‘magic roundabout’ is in fact Eau Rouge.

She has had an interesting career path having worked in TV production, fundraising, digital marketing and even running her own coffee shop. All her skills round up to making her perfectly placed at Totem, where she delivers creative communication, engagement and builds a community of event people. Off work, she likes to take her daughters and dog Juno out for adventure walks. Her skills also extend to the kitchen, she can make a guacamole you will never forget!
